My career has taken me from small businesses with just 40 employees to global operations like Toyota. I have lived and worked internationally, led HR teams, sat on executive leadership groups, and been trusted to guide both strategy and operations.

Why I Created Two Heads HR
I created Two Heads HR to bring my experience to startups and small to mid-sized businesses.
